As vehicle electrification continues to accelerate, the need for reliable e-Powertrain control validation, dynamic performance verification, durability demonstration, and power-efficiency control optimization has become increasingly important for both domestic and global OEMs.

In response to this market demand, TeSys has been accumulating advanced know-how in high-speed e-motor testing through its strategic partnership, established in 2024, with Suzhou ITIMotor Technology (Shanghai), a pioneering company that developed one of the world’s first single-axis high-speed motor dynamometers capable of operating at 25,000 rpm, 30,000 rpm, or higher 40,000rpm with co-development process with Motion Makers (Faurndau in Germany).

Since 2021, ITIMotor has manufactured and delivered more than 250 units of test systems and equipment for various vehicle component-level applications, including e-motor test benches, reducers, EDU, and EDS systems. Their proven controllability and reliability have been highly recognized in the market, further strengthening TeSys’s capability to provide advanced testing solutions for next-generation electrified vehicle components.
